Every Alfresco Room starts with a free site visit and consultation. From surveying your site and discussion of your requirements, we will design and build your Alfresco Room to suit the space you have and to meet your exact specification from the shape and aesthetics of your Alfresco Room to the placement of doors, windows, lighting and electrical sockets. With Alfresco Rooms, every last detail is to suit your exact requirements.
Unlike the majority of our competitors, we don't build our garden rooms from pre-made kits in a factory or use structurally insulated panel systems (SIPS). Each Alfresco Room is built on site using raw materials by our small team of local skilled tradesmen.
Each Alfresco Room comes fully finished and painted as standard, however we understand that our customers may not have the time to equip or furnish their new Alfresco Room, so why not let us take care of it for you. So, if your new Alfresco Room is to be a cinema, we can source and fit a big screen, projector and fit surround sound speakers built into the walls or ceiling, even fit luxury cinema seats for that authentic home cinema feel or if your new Alfresco Room is to be used as your home spa we can supply and fit a hot tub and sauna. We will even have the hot tub filled and heated, ready to use right away. no matter what your new Alfresco Room is used for, we can have it ready for you to enjoy from the moment you receive the keys. At Alfresco Rooms we take pride in quality. We use the same methods and materials to build the structure of each Alfresco Room as a timber frame house would be constructed. All of the materials we use are of high quality and meet British Standard regulations. Each Alfresco Room is fully insulated using PIR insulation boards and made watertight using a breathable membrane underneath our treated timber cladding. Our flat roof design is protected using high quality firestone EPDM rubber that has a 50 year life expectancy and carries a 20 year manufacturers guarantee. You can be rest assured that your Alfresco Room is built to last and we back this up with a 10 year guarantee.
Each Alfresco Room is designed so that no planning permission is required. We build our rooms to no more than 2.5m in height at the eaves and no larger than 50% of your entire garden space. However, in certain circumstances that planning permission is required we may arrange this for you.

Being a small company we don't have a large factory or fancy showroom, neither do we have managers or salesmen or expensive ad campaigns. Everything is dealt with by our company owner himself from dealing with emails and quotes, design and ordering of materials and along with his small team of tradesmen, constructing every alfresco room by hand. This means our overheads are small and this saving is passed on to our customers, we are so confident with our value for money we will be happy to beat any like for like quote.

We love our new Alfresco Room! We use it as a home office and as a movie room.
